I live in an apartment and have an old GE electric oven/stove that does not heat accurately. I have been using a temperature gage, but this dinasaur needs to be replaced. Anyone have trouble with scratching on the new black monogram induction cooktop? The floor model looked like the mirrored finish on the burner rings were a bit scratched. The unit has 60amp of power and the wiring has not been updated for decades. I'm planning on completely overhauling the electrical so I can power all everything with electric (central air, induction cooktop, ovens, washer dryer, etc). I see several old posts but does anyone have any long term results from mounting a 240V Avantium or Monogram speed oven directly under the counter. I'm trying to understand exactly why the 120V is ok but he 240V is not. The only difference I see is that the 240V allows for the Halogen element to be on at the same time as another heat source. So I'm trying to find out if the radiant heat output is really so much more that it can't sit directly under a counter surface.UFASLOTบนมือถือ

Google searches for this are horrible with just ads that lead to sites that just ignore the frost free requirement and show you fridges that need to be manually defrosted.

Hello, we are currently in the process of finalizing the countertop and backsplash of quartz installation. Fabricator is coming 1st for to install countertop then take measures for backsplash and come back a few days later to install it. My question is regarding the hood. What is the best way to install it and what is the required materials (any specific screws to be used etc?) for that knowing I don’t want the quartz on the back of the hood to be cracked ? I have seen old discussions around this. Quartz fabricator is telling us that they usually go through hood installer who are taking care of the drill aspect of the quartz.
