General Thai Support / Should I buy a Beko 30" oven??
« เมื่อ: 5/08/24, 18:04:11 »
We live in the United States and right now there is only one store (around 80 locations) which carries Beko. I absolutely love their gas ranges: PRGR34550SS and SLGR30530SS. My husband is worried about easily getting parts if something goes wrong but the store honors the extended warranty which we will purchase with it. Is this a good gas range? Thank you so much! คาสิโนเว็บแม่

General Thai Support / Dishwasher disaster
« เมื่อ: 29/07/24, 22:54:17 »
Bought a Maytag (owned by Whirlpool) dishwasher through Home Depot that worked once and then started leaking. Reached out to Home Depot and they indicated they had no responsibility after 48 hours. Contacted Whirlpool and they sent a rapairman out who verfied that it was defective but he could not authorise replacement since it was repairable and he would order the part. Was informed today that the part was not availablle and to contact Whirlpool. Did so and they informed me I would have to wait 14 days and then we would “go from there”! Obviously one should not do bussiness with either of these companies but is there any recourse other than treating it as sunk cost and buying a dishwasher elsewhere? ทางเข้าufabet

General Thai Support / Latest on Subzero refrigerators
« เมื่อ: 22/07/24, 22:13:14 »
Are they still high quality, reliable and long lifespan? After months of analyzing regular refrigerators to replace an old KA SxS I'm about ready to bite the bullet and just get an SZ - it checks all the boxes other than reasonably priced. I looked at one yesterday, along with regular refrigerators, and the design and quality are a thing of beauty and makes everything else look like junk. I have one at one of my homes now - it's 20 years old and had a freon repair but otherwise has been great. I have a retired KD friend who swears by SZ and would have nothing else. I will need a little cabinet rework but I have someone in mind to do that. The model I want is currently in stock, at least at AJ Madison. เว็บบาคาร่าออนไลน์

General Thai Support / Invisacook use and abuse
« เมื่อ: 15/07/24, 23:52:00 »
I’m considering using an Invisacook induction cooktop in a kitchen renovation, with the porcelain countertops they recommend. Can anyone who has lived with one comment on how careful you have had to be with it, and how well it has held up in use? Or any other pros/cons? This won’t be a heavily used kitchen, but when my husband does use it, there’s a pretty good chance he’ll forget to use the “Invisamats” they tell you to use, and will crank it up to high heat whether needed or not. If that kind of use is likely to damage the counters or cooktop, perhaps I should consider a different induction cooktop. สมัครสมาชิกแทงบอลเว็บตรง

We are limited for space in our kitchen and would love to add a dishwasher but the layout doesn't allow for many options. We are planning on replacing the cabinets and countertops to allow for this change. The stove and fridge are new so those dimensions are set but can be moved if need be. We are also trying to keep costs low if possible. Also looking for any input on colours for cabinets and countertops. The backsplash will be replace but the floor and wall colour will remain the same. The sliding glass door is getting replaced to one with a white trim. Any advice is appreciated! แทงบอลUFAETบนมือถือ

General Community / Pitt cooking burners in marble countertop
« เมื่อ: 1/07/24, 19:43:35 »
I'm re-modelling my kitchen, and I love the look of Pitt burners, however my ideal countertop would be a classic honed carrara marble, and it seems like a bad idea considering the potential for spills and stains. I love the patina of age that marble takes on, but I think it may be a bit extreme around the Pitt burners. Having said that, I'm really hoping it someone can prove otherwise. Has anyone had experience with installing Pitt burners in honed marble? I'm not interested in any other stone, so I won't be considering quartzite etc as alternatives. I love to cook, I cook a lot, and am often splattering my current range top with whatever I'm cooking.

Thanks for your help! วิธีแทงบอลUFABET

General Community / Slide-in range replacement - depth question
« เมื่อ: 17/06/24, 22:27:14 »
แทงบอล

My current range is a slide-in and seems to be on it's last leg. I'm hoping someone could give me some advice about replacing it. Between the depth of the oven and the granite behind it, it doesn't seem like it's going to be able to support a wide variety of options.

From the back of the counter to the front, not including the backsplash is only 24".

I want to replace it with induction. Specifically I'm interested in the Bosch Benchmark or the Cafe Double Oven. Both are slightly less than 26" from front to back not including the handles. The Cafe sits at 29-1/2 in overall, and the Bosch is 28 7/8 in. In short, they're both significantly longer than what we have now.

My question is, does that mean I need to modify the countertop to remove the granite behind it? Or do I just need to be looking for other smaller options? Thanks for any advice you can give.

General Thai Support / Bosch dual fuel slide in range
« เมื่อ: 27/05/24, 21:24:54 »
Perhaps a range would be a better replacement to a wall oven..

I am looking for a light range - (weight is an issue )

The Bosch dual fuel - induction - seems reasonable .

Any opinions would help me greatly.

General Community / Double oven duel fuel range
« เมื่อ: 22/05/24, 12:57:34 »
Hi - I'd like to replace my cooktop and double ovens with a duel fuel range. I don't think that Wolf will be in the budget. Does anyone have any experience with the lower cost Zline or Forno brands. I'd also appreciate any comments if you were happy with this change or wish you stuck with double ovens.

Thanks บาคาร่าออนไลน์UFABET

I have a dilemma. I like the convenience of a wall oven and cooktop, but it would require having the microwave -oven combo and no counter underneath it. we currently have an OTR microwave.

A range would stick out beyond the counters and has the inconvenience of having to bend over. Any thoughts? We dont want to have a microwave drawer. แทงบอลUFABET

I'm trying to figure out if our current plan gives us enough room to comfortably use the refrigerator that we have (42 inches wide, counter depth). In this set up, it is approximately 50 inches from the island, 18 inches from the horizontal cabinets, and 25 inches to where the sink begins. Will this be too cramped?

Our other option is to post move the fridge to the bottom wall, but that will make the passage below the island narrower and would violate the kitchen triangle rules (distance and island in the way from stove). Open to other opinions on layout  ทางเข้าบาคาร่าufabet

We are victims of the recent PIRCH company which closed their doors. We lost $18,500(!!) and now have no range. I am thinking of getting a differnt one than the Thermador we lost. So I am wondering if anyone actually uses their griddle on their range or their grill because maybe we will do that option. A friend told me they are SO hard to keep clean so she does not use her's. I can see that. Can anyone chime in? บาคาร่าออนไลน์UFABET

General Community / Thoughts on a white Roof?
« เมื่อ: 6/05/24, 18:14:25 »
We are renovating a ranch house in the country and I’m dreaming of a cottage look with a white roof, like this picture. Our roof has a very low 3/12 pitch and I think a lighter color will help create the illusion of height.

My only worries are, will a white roof look noticeably dirty? I was going to go with Alamo white which is more of an off white/pale gray so it wont be stark. I’ve also heard it mentioned that snow won’t melt off as easily. But honestly, we have a dark maroon metal roof on our current home and the snow doesn't melt fast either. It sits for days and then falls off in sheets.

Anyone with a white roof? Pros, cons? My next choice is gray, but I’d really love white if it’s not too high maintenance. ทางเข้าบาคาร่าufabet

I would love to hear if anyone has done something like the following. For context: our new kitchen will have a large island (11 X 4) and a very small run against a wall. We want to put the cooktop on the island, and we want to go induction. We have very low ceilings (old house) and need to settle for a downdraft venting. As many of you know, there are no induction ranges (cooktop + oven) with downdraft options on the market. Thus I am looking at an induction cooktop with pop-up downdraft behind it. The question is: where does our oven go? We cannot install a wall oven, but there is plenty of room in the island to install an under the counter single oven. So I'm thinking the oven would be next to the cooktop, below the counter. I'm used to range cooking so am not concerning with bending down to use the oven. Are there problems I am not seeing to such an apparently unusual layout (I can't seem to find any examples of something like this–only see cooktop and wall oven versions of the non-range approach). Thank you in advance for your experiences/expertise! รีวิวแทงบอลUFABET

General Community / New 36" Gas range. Took a chance and love it
« เมื่อ: 5/05/24, 00:19:23 »
I will update this later, after counters get installed. But I needed to reach out to the community and share my journey. I have bought many a range and wall oven etc for my build projects. From Thermador, Wolf, Monogram and many many more over the years. I have stood by and watched prices shoot up and quality fall down.
I studied every brand I could find that I didn't know and the ones I did know. I had not heard of Janska before(I knew their planters) but read everything I could. Their warranty is 4 years but means nothing if they don't fix anything. Few companies give more than 2 years, Janska gives 4 and see the pic of their users manual. That statement is a strong one. I bought this 36 in (wanted a 48 but the room was tight). I read everything on line and in print I could find. If all else failed, I could return the unit to HD and get refunded.
I got it yesterday and let me say...the look and feel of this unit is amazing. The grill that is included weighs 16 pounds. The grates are seriously rugged. The knobs(you get 2 colors) are not cheap ones. The highest burner is 20k. The blue color inside reminds me of you know who. The look is simple yet sophisticated (in my opinion). The finish on this baby is great. The fit and finish amaze me. I am so surprised I had to let others know. My guess is when word gets out, they won't be as inexpensive as they are now. I was all in for under 2300. The delivery does not include set up(50$) but I am ok with that. If the function is half as good it looks, it will kick the red knob and blue knob guy's butt. Lol. You can find bad reviews on every brand out there, I read reviews on units from 1600$ to 18000$. I know I will be pleased on the function and I look forward to having an issue so I can test out the Janska promise. Btw...I love the Italian burners(says made in Italy...not China). Can't wait to get this puppy installed and crank up the heat.บาคาร่าออนไลน์UFABET

General Community / 2 bathroom exhaust fans vented together, mold problem
« เมื่อ: 1/05/24, 20:31:23 »
We added a bathroom next to an exitsting one and when installing the new exhaust fan, our contractor connected the ductwork (in the attic) so they come together and one tube leads outside. I'm not sure why he did this, perhaps to avoid another hole on the side of the house. Now the original bathroom has a mold problem and the new bathroom takes forever to clear up steam. We are in the process now of mold removal in the old bathroom, and I want to get a new exhaust fan with a timer or sensor (recommendations are appreciated). While doing this, should each vent have its own ductwork? I don't mind another hole in the house since it is on a side where nobody would see it. บาคาร่าออนไลน์UFABET

This is not about the current ridiculous lead times or even total lack of availability of major appliances - it’s about my frustration finding something that I’ll be happy with.

I’ve looked at the current lineup of 36” induction ranges from Wolf, Fisher & Paykel, Bertazzoni, Aga, a brand with a farmhouse look (Le something or other, wasn’t my style), Dacor. Haven’t seen a Verona yet, and some others, but here’s what I’ve found so far…

I can’t seem to find a range that will make me (yes, me… I do the cooking) happy. Either the ovens are too small or too shallow, the range operates completely via soft touch controls (not a fan of that), or widely available reports online speak of reliability or performance issues.

I’m looking for an induction range that will let me turn on and adjust the hobs if my hands are wet or dry, without guessing if I’ve touched the exact right spot on a control surface, will let me work the oven and the top without having to cycle through a single interface, will let me operate the oven itself without a needlessly complicated interface, will give me a usable oven capacity of at least 4.7 cu.ft. with the ability to go from proofing to 550 degrees, a top that will reliably let me work chocolate or butter - including the ability to lift the pan off the hob momentarily if I have to, self cleaning, dual convection, reliable control (no automated hinged panel interfaces), and ultimately - a quality unit. Cost up to the Wolf range is not an issue.

Does such a thing exist? Casino Online

General Community / Need opinion about the source of a noise from a boiler
« เมื่อ: 23/04/24, 21:24:58 »
Hi guys,

We have this noise coming from our hot water boiler in our condo, it's like a squeak that comes as first a smaller noise with a click, and then 5 minutes later a bigger squeak. Then 5 minutes later, all over again. (See attached video and photo). These noises travel along the pipe to our unit and drive us nuts in the middle of the night. The plumber oiled the water pump, but that did not help.. Any thoughts on what this might be? Any ideas would be hugely appreciated! บาคาร่าออนไลน์UFABET

SMF Coding Discussion / Repair vs. replace a refrigerator?
« เมื่อ: 22/04/24, 21:21:28 »
GE Arctica side by side

Our fridge seems to be on the fritz-first the ice/water dispenser stopped working, then it wasn't cooling properly(temps kept creeping up), then it seemed to be running OK last night, and now it seems to not be cooling at all and the temp. display aren't even on. This all began 24 hours ago. It is about 6 years old and we are debating whether it is worth having somebody come out and look at it. IS there any conventional wisdom with regard to repair vs. replace. I imagine a repair is pretty costy. But so is a new fridge! (the plus side would be getting rid of the side by side which we hate) แทงสล็อตออนไลน์บนมือถือ

I have a refrigerator door that opens fully, but when the cabinet drawer next to it is pulled out at the same time it hits it. A 90 stop would not fix the problem as it hits at about 85. Just to be clear they do not hit, and open fully, when opened one at a time. The manufacturer website shows nice kitchen pictures with the same design situation I have, but the appliance specs say that you must avoid interference of cabinet doors when opened. What’s correct? Is this a design fail that the KD should pay to fix? วิธีเล่นบาคาร่าUFABET
